PRAYER: Ephesians 1: 17-23

17 [For I always pray to] the God of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of glory, that He may grant you a spirit of wisdom and revelation [of insight into mysteries and secrets] in the [deep and intimate] knowledge of Him,
18 By having the eyes of your heart flooded with light, so that you can know and understand the hope to which He has called you, and how rich is His glorious inheritance in the saints (His set-apart ones),
19 And [so that you can know and understand] what is the immeasurable and unlimited and surpassing greatness of His power in and for us who believe, as demonstrated in the working of His mighty strength,
20 Which He exerted in Christ when He raised Him from the dead and seated Him at His [own] right hand in the heavenly [places],
21 Far above all rule and authority and power and dominion and every name that is named [above every title that can be conferred], not only in this age and in this world, but also in the age and the world which are to come.
- Understand that it is the will of God for you to know the secrets of God
- It is the Will of God for you to have insight into mysteries and to have a depth of the knowledge of God in Christ Jesus.
- Therefore this prayer must become part and parcel of your everyday prayer life that Lord grant me insight
LORD GRANT ME INSIGHT INTO YOUR SECRETS AND YOUR MYSTERIES
LORD OPEN THE EYES OF MY HEART AND GRANT ME ILLUMINATION AND LET MY EYES BE OPENED
LORD LET ME SEE YOU AS YOU ARE
- WHAT IS A SPIRITUAL TECHNOLOGY?
We will only attempt to answer that when we know and understand what a technology is.
We have reduced it to Information technology and science but technology began in the bible days.
2 Chronicles 26:14-15
Uzziah supplied the entire army with shields, spears, helmets, armor, bows, and slingstones. 15 And in Jerusalem he made skillfully designed devices to shoot arrows and catapult large stones from the towers and corners. So his fame spread far and wide, for he was helped tremendously so that he became powerful.
And he made in Jerusalem engines, invented by cunning men, to be on the towers and upon the bulwarks, to shoot arrows and great stones withal. And his name spread far abroad; for he was marvellously helped, till he was strong.
So we can see through this scripture that tech existed before
- DEFINITION OF TECHNOLOGY – According to Webster Dictionary
: the practical application of knowledge especially in a particular area :
: a capability given by the practical application of knowledge
: a manner of accomplishing a task especially using technical processes, methods, or knowledge
Biblical Definition: It’s also the application of revealed principles and means as revealed by the Spirit of God through the Word whether written or Spoken.
In Hebrews 11:3 – By Faith we understand that the world was framed by the Word of God. This scripture reveals the technology by which the World was framed and that means that you and I can also adopt this same technology to recreate out world. He recreated or framed it by SPEAKING THE WORD
Recreating our world maybe that your world of finance is under deep darkness and void. Your body may have been ravaged by sickness or disease, by the scrpitures is revealing how we can reframe our world, it is by the Word of God.
- The FIRST TECHNOLOGY we see through this SCRIPTURE is the technology of SPEAKING/SSOUND. Understand that the Kingdom of God is Voice activated. We must practice speaking sessions. In your quiet times, have speaking sessions
When we go to Genesis
By faith we understand that the worlds were framed by the Word of God.
The technology by which the World was formed – Genesis 1
And this is the technology that has been given to us to build our lives and to frame our world.
- Romans 4:1 – THE SECOND TECHNOLOGY – BELIEVING (An active state of faith) – A verb form that indicates an ongoing action or state in the present and which can function as an adjective.
Just like What Jesus said to Thomas in John 20:27
** Then saith he to Thomas, Reach hither thy finger, and behold my hands; and reach hither thy hand, and thrust it into my side: and be not faithless, but believing.
Romans 4:1-
4 What shall we say then that Abraham our father, as pertaining to the flesh, hath found? 2 For if Abraham were justified by works, he hath whereof to glory; but not before God. 3 For what saith the scripture? Abraham believed God, and it was counted unto him for righteousness.4 Now to him that worketh is the reward not reckoned of grace, but of debt.
5 But to him that worketh not, but believeth on him that justifieth the ungodly, his faith is counted for righteousness. Abraham discovered a technology called BELIEVING, he stumbled upon the technology.
ABRAHAM STUMBLED ON RIGHTEOUSNESS THROUGH BELIEVING.
No wonder Romans 10:9-10
10 For with the heart man believeth unto righteousness; and with the mouth confession is made unto salvation.
I will make a controversial statement:
Your righteousness is as intact to the degree you hold the word of God about your righteousness. It must be in an active constant state at the back of your mind. Without that, the devil will always whip you and you’ll be out of the faith.
Your right standing is what keeps you confident before God. Without that you might as well say twinkle twinkle little start how I wonder what you are
Romans 4:8
Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations; according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.
Things may not be as you want it to be right now but brother keep believing, just like Abraham, stay in faith, do not stagger through unbelief but keep believing.
2 Corinthians 4:13
And since we have the same spirit of faith, according to what is written, “I believed and therefore I spoke,” we also believe and therefore speak,
What is technology: Technology is the application of scientific knowledge to the practical aims of human life or, as it is sometimes phrased, to the change and manipulation of the human environment
The technology for creation : Words and declaration.
- THE THIRD TECHNOLOGY – THE HEARING OF FAITH
Romans 10:17
So then faith comes by hearing and hearing by the Word of God.
Galatians 3:2
This only I want to learn from you: Did you receive the Spirit by the works of the law, or by the hearing of faith?
Acts 10:44
While Peter was still speaking these words, the Holy Spirit fell upon all who heard his message.
When the hearing of faith was activated, there was an outpour of the spirit.
May you receive an activation of the hearing of faith.
Sometimes there are those who want to hear just about everybody’s business, they are busy bodies but not so with you.
- THE FOURTH TECHNOLOGY OF THE SPIRIT – PRAYER
Prayer is the technology by which we access the will of God – Matthew 6:9
And he said to them, When you pray, say, Our Father which are in heaven, Hallowed be your name. Your kingdom come. Your will be done, as in heaven, so in earth.
Prayer is the technology by which we access the mind of God – Romans 8:27
And he that searcheth the hearts knoweth what is the mind of the Spirit, because he maketh intercession for the saints according to the will of God.
Prayer is also the technology by which we overcome temptation –
Matthew 24:41 – Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.
- THE FIFTH TECHNOLOGY – AUTHORITY –
Authority is the technology by which we exercise dominion over the powers of the devil, the kingdom of darkness and its cohort.
Luke 10:19
Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.
- WAITING – A SPIRITUAL TECHNOLOGY –
Child of God, if you want to be clothed with strength and renew your strength in God. It will not be by how hard you pray shout or rattle, it’ll only be by the technology of waiting. The Bible say that they that wait upon the lord shall renew their strength,
Isaiah 40:31
31 But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.
In waiting we must wait for the wind to carry us.
As a child of God you have access to presence of God.
Waiting does not begin until we have been quickened.
When the raiment ripped from top to down provision was made for you to come and access the presence.
Benefits of Waiting

[ ] Weariness is replaced with
[ ] Renew our ability to pick divine perceptions
[ ] Favour and life – proverbs 8:34
My prayer for you child of God is May you have the patience to wait on God, to wait in his presence. Receive waiting power, the ability to stay in his presence.
That nothing will move you out of his presence.
David said, for thou will show me the path of Life, in your presence is fullness of Joy.
Lord show me the path of life as I wait in your presence. Give me the compass of life, help me navigate the next season of my life
In the Kingdom there are different technologies designed by God to ensure your survival and continuity. And ensure that you’re adequately equipped and to access the pleasantries and blessings of your father.
[ ] Faith is a technology. For actualisation spiritual realities – The Law of Faith
[ ] The Cross is the technology by which we deal with flesh
[ ] Speaking in tongues is the technology by which we access the mysteries of the God and for boldness
[ ] Humility is the technology for which we access the grace and favour.
[ ] Giving is the technology for abundance receiving
Give and it shall be given unto you press
[ ] Purity is the technology for accessing God. You can not live a pure life until you consciously decide to love Jesus.
They that have thus hope purify themselves that 1John 2
[ ] The fear of God is the technology for answered prayers. The Bible says his prays were heard because he feared him who was able to save him
[ ] Manifestation is technology for destroying the power of darkness. If you want the works of darkness to be destroyed, seek for the Manifestation of God. 1 John 3:8
In waiting we must wait for the wind to carry us. Who may ascend
